Description

A Reliable Cutting Performance

Based on our proven CF2 platform, this flatbed large format cutter features a work area that can accommodate oversized media. It also allows a full 4-foot by 8-foot maximum cut size, so you can easily move materials directly from a standard flatbed printer. The CF22-1225 works equally well as a vinyl cutter plotter as it does for materials such as corrugated board, vinyl chloride (for clear package printing), corrugated plastic, reflecting sheets, and industrial sheet rubber.

Standard Components

This plotter and cutter comes with a swivel blade for vinyl sheets, 30” high-speed steel blades, 30” carbide blades, 20 mm blades, creasing rollers, and more. A wide variety of accessories are also available. The ID Cut function applies job data to adjust the cut and media rotation angle, avoiding loss of media and time.
Precise positioning is enabled by a high-performance color photo sensor. It detects the square crop marks on the media to adjust origin, inclination, and coordinate/distance values. This allows the cutting with extreme accuracy. The range of cutter blades included improves flexibility. Quality is further optimized by functions such as half-cut, correction of starting and ending points, circle correction, back cutting, and tool pressure correction.
